Default HELP ME! problem with S

hello all... well i havent been driving the car much since i still havent replaced the top.. but heres the deal i noticed before i went to vegas that when i drive i let the clutch out it catches and if i ease into the gas it goes fine but if i ease into it and then stomp on the gas it barley moves??? when i got back from vegas i drove the car several times and it is a little worse than before.. this is kind of strange to me i have had several standard vehicles in the past and nothing has ever happend like this before.. i have replaced clutches in several mustangs before but they never acted like this?? any ideas?? any one want to drive the car to see what it is??

thanx for your time guys..

Sounds like you need a new clutch. How many miles are on your car?

Thumbs down

does the car sound different when vtec engages?

does it feel labored when you go into vtec?

if so you may have more problems than the clutch.

Clutch and/or clutch master cylinder. These should be changed in series when replacing a clutch.

I would let someone who has had clutch slippage drive it. negcamber would be able to tell you. His clutch just went out.

As for what clutch to get,

NOT the "Competition Clutch"

Go stock.
