Honda Performance Development

I saw this posted in the Racing forum inside a thread, this seems really exciting for racers! It started in December, but I've never heard about it until now.
Basically the requirements are:
-- Valid membership in a sanctioned racing body (SCCA, NASA, etc.)
-- Two completed races in last 12 months w/ documentation to prove -- DNS doesn't count
-- Own a Honda or Acura car
Right now it's not as good as the Mazda program, but they supposedly will sell you Honda and some aftermarket parts (Cobalt, Goodridge, Eibach, etc.) at a deep discount. They also give you shop manuals and tech advice.
I'm glad Honda is starting this up, I wanna check into it!

It doesn't say anything about your car not being allowed to be street legal. It just says that the parts are for race-use only, not for street use. That's a standard disclaimer, just a CYA provision. It comes on almost every aftermarket part you buy as well.
They're not going to kick you out if you drive your car on the street. You're just acknowledging that you're buying race parts, and you're not going to sue them because something happens later.
