wouldn't surprise me if they were divorcing just to salvage some assets. It's really sad that Nick can't see the error in his ways. I guess in that lifestyle its easy to discard.

 

there was reports from the VH1 production team that the hulk and his wife weren't in the same same city when they were shooting for their tv show... seems they been separated for a while

 

yeah she is in LA right now with Nick

the mother is just as responsible as the father as far a rearing Nick in the culture of racing. She was quoted just this past week in a street racing video where her and Brooke were filmed street racing and she then states how she loves street racing and how they zip around other cars and dodge the cops. In the subsequent interview she denies ever saying that even when the interviewer says he saw her on film saying exactly what he quotes her as saying.

IMHO the case is cooked. They should just get the pen ready cause a check is getting cut and it aint gonna be small.

If the divorce is for real, I am confident this latest nightmare is the straw that broke the back.

 

Even if this had a chance of protecting their assets, it would be removed by the fact that she wants to share custody, which means her half of the money and terry's would be up for grabs in the lawsuit. They have the money to hire a smart lawyer, who certainly wouldn't be stupid enough to suggest to them that this would work.

She's done this a few times in the past and they had problems last year or the year before, I think the Nick thing just added to their pre-existing issues.

 

i cant see the courts giving custody of a kid thats been involved in a serious street racing accident to a parent that was video taped advocating street racing lol

 

So how much money is the guy Nick almost killed expected to get in the settlement?

Isn't Nick 17? I don't think they'll be able to finallize a divorce by the time he turns 18 ... so that wouldn't leave much for a custody dispute.
