Just heard on the news this morning that wifey just filed for divorce and for custody of Nick.

its most likely a ploy to protect assests for the upcoming civil suit.

the problem is the liability happened before the divorce was filed so all the money is still in the mix.

she is already on the record as saying she wants to work on the marriage so it is a big ol waffle fest right now.

 

I heard that the only way he found out is from a reporter that told him. 25 years of marriage and you find out your wife wants a divorce from a reporter, that's some bs. stupid women.

 

I bet they found some way to try and hide money.

Clearly a ploy to shelter the family assets. He has to play "stupid" in order to make it a tad more convincing.

The news also mentioned that settlment is in the works for the injured party as well as a custody between his parents.

This whole thing is a mess.

I even thought this could be a ploy to get the attention off of Nick Boella. This could help the shows ratings as well. This could all be a setup. I'm not buying it.
