Default I need tires!

Anyone know of a good place in tampa to get tires? I've been reading all the tires size stuff so i know i need 245/45/16 in anything but the oem tire. Can anyone recommend a good tire?

I live in land o lakes so i really can't go too long driving to work in tampa on the donut. I was driving home today and about 100ft from my driveway i got a flat. I've been staring at my tires for 2 weeks now and never saw this crap. I guess it was alwasy rotated towards the good side when i stopped.

Todd at 2NRWERKS can get some for you or get you a discount at the Kaufman tires right next to his shop.

Call him at:813-363-8996

Kauffman tires right infront of 2NRWERKS. I have to get a complete set myself, today!!! not as bad as yours but mine are looking like drag slicks in the front.

I have had good luck with Tires Plus. I went with the Fuzion ZRi. It has a decent treadwear 320 vs the OEM 140, is comfortable riding and handles well. I also like how they protect the wheel from curb scrapes (my wheels are powder coated) The wheel is inset so the tire sticks out further than the wheel.

Be careful with high treadwear numbers, that can cause less traction. I have Nitto 555s with a 300 tread ware and the rear tires break loose easily. You do get long life though.
