The Target/Ganassi team win the pole with Scott Dixon @ 226.366 mph 4 lap average and Dan Wheldon is 2nd, then the 2 cars of Team Penske.

Andretti Green got all 4 of their cars in the top 11 which is quite an accomplishment, especially for the rookie Mutoh. His first attempt was dis-allowed when the car failed the post tech inspection, seems they failed to place the 3.5 lb weight ballast in the in car camera housing. The car was actually 7 lbs. above the minimum weight however that was without the camera weight ballast which must be in place if a camera is not being used regardless of the total weight of the car.

So this rookie had to go back out and re- qualify which he did and did well enough to remain in the top 11, great accomplishment for a rookie!

Danica was the fastest for AGR
