i saw the whole thing go down, it was a shame. i was going to stop but there was already a ton of ppl helping so i didnt want to make it worse. when i finally get an S i plan on tearing around some parking lots and get used to the car so i can see what all the fuss is about.

Good thing everyone is alright. When I wrecked my 2000 Si, the insurance company didn't know a thing about any aftermarket parts (I had Tein Type Flex coilovers and an LSD). My wreck even involved me losing control and hitting a pole. So I think the policy to go with as far as talking to them is "don't ask don't tell".
Thankfully my dad knew the owner of the shop they towed it to before they totalled it out, so me and my buddy went and pulled all the aftermarket and expensive "Si" goodies out and replace them with Civic DX suspension, cluster, seats, etc

While we are on the topic of insurance, PIP coverage was dropped in Florida starting Oct. 1st of this year. However, Allstate now offers a new plan called the "Choice Plan" that covers and reinstates your PIP.

The hubby and I just became aware of this new plan and that any Allstate insurees can reinstate their PIP basically. So heads up for anyone interested!

Gotta check your health policy.

Good time to bump up your liability and UM limits also

The PIP thing is only good till Jan 1 08, after that you will need PIP again.

The law expired and they had to reinstate it but are giving a grace period till Jan 08 if you happened to drop PIP.
