Hi everyone, I will be moving to Jacksonville in October and will also be getting myself an 03 S2000 around the same time. I am the Navy going through training and should be out there for about a year. I currently drive a 95 Integra gs-r, autocrossing it when I can. Looking forward to a nicer city after living in Pensacola for half a year. Seems like you guys have a pretty decent little group going, hopefully you wouldn't mind an old integra following you around for a bit till I get my S.

Seems like there is a lot of car racing activity within a few hours of the city, any big racers on here or do you guys spend more time just meeting up and hanging out? I enjoy doing both, and am sure I will do a lot more of it when I get my hands on the AP1.

Hopefully I can get to know a couple of you and get right to having some fun by the time I get out there! Would love to be able to escape the military life whenever I can, since its pretty much everywhere over here in Pensacola.

Thats all I got for now, I will just continue reading way too much about s2000's and driving myself crazy as I play the waiting game.

I think the black cat has been replaced by the berlina S2000.

Well thanks for the warm welcome. I cant wait to get over there. Pretty sure it will be the 15th of October so first event after that I should be game! My s is a yellow 03, and I will not be getting a hardtop, I will be in convertible mode whenever possible!

What branch of the military cj and what paygrade did you finish at? Just kind of curious to know what life was like for ya and how the transition back out went.

I'm in the Navy currently. I work on the Submarine Base @ Kings Bay. We actually have quite a few military and veterans in our group. Look forward to meeting you in October. James.

Just a few,

Ive met James and Bill. Both are great to hang out with. The others I am sure I will get around to meeting one of these days.

Oh watch out for those deployments. Plenty of Navy where I am at with no water.

Im Air Force.

I probably could have guessed that. Seems like way too many people have nice cars for our level of income. Its worth being broke for me haha.
