Hey dave

Go Autotrader. Your going to miss all that spa. I'm sure you'll find something equally as fun for those mountains roads.

Hopefully there will be another GP get together and you can come down and show us your new ride.

Good but two things. On the beach pics means salt water rust and driven on weekends only means a big fat lie!!!

Looks good though and as always clean!

When did I not drive my car only on the weekends (that counts extended weekend trips to Key West or NC). Meant to mean it's not an everyday driver. It really is a "weekend only" car. I don't drive it during the week, unless it's an extended weekend to drive it past Saturday or Sunday.

I say it's a weekend driver. I don't drive it to work and I don't drive it unless it's the weekend. How would it not be a "weekend car"? A lot of time I didn't drive it to Quarters Pool Parties down the road from me if the weather was going to look wet.

There's no rust on my car. I didn't live on the beach. While I like feedback, your's is not revelent. It's a "weekend car" meaning never driven during the week. There are extended weekends that I drove to for vacations, but my car is a weekend car. I didn't live on the ocean and my car was always in the garage. No rust, no salt water damage. What are you thinking? I lived 30+ miles from the beach. I can't do a weekend or day trip? I didn't garage it on the beach.

I know you are trying to be constructive, but give me a break. My car is the most weekend car out of all of them. You know that for a fact. I'm a bit offended.

Mellow Dave and have a beer. We all know your car is a cream puff but I don't see other people on the FL forum buying it so I was just having fun. Auto trader, local papers and a big for sale sign in the windshield on a weekend in front of a Target will work best.

Still it will be sad to see you go. Of course for awhile you will sill post but gradually there will be more post on the elise forum and less on the s2ki forum. Our Loss!

I've had beers, so I'm not mellow.

Man, my car is weekends only. I lived in FL and took two trips to Key West and five to NC. While in NC I took a trip to FL and many trips to the moutains. That puts a lot of highway miles. If you only knew all the times I've gone one or two months between even putting the key in my car, you'd understand my frustration. I take my car maybe too seriously.

The Elise isn't the only car I'm looking at. For some reason I like the Sky Redline (yeah, don't shoot me). I also still like the C6. Plus, the new Supra coming out, the Trans Am. Who knows

Maybe I'm at a midlife crisis. I've got some health problems and just feel like I need to try out other cars. No, I'm not going to die, but I do have other problems.

Still love you Jeff, you cornhole.

Hey Dave, I read Jeff's comments and I took them to mean that the pics on the water would denote possible rust damge to the possible buyers on that site and the "weekend Driver" description would be nearly completely overlooked because most people will put that description (or something like it) to make any car more appealing (low miles/low usage etc etc).

I think he was suggesting those changes to make the ad better in more prospective buyer's eyes.

I was a bit more verbose but I think that was the jist of what he was saying.

Good luck litle buddy, I think trading it in and cutting your losses may also be an option if you don't get any interest.

Exactly, I see a car by the beach and I think potential rust just like if I see one listed from up north. The twisties from Carolina are probably better pictures to list.
