MegaMeet 2012?
Primo has the plan!
I say do the meet at the same venue as last year incorporating all the things you learned, such as parking etc. The venue and overall format was excellent. If people chose not to attend for any reason thats on them the meet was well planned and executed.

I like the Rt. 46. Was a great locale. You're not going to please everyone with where to have it but it seems the masses at this point liked Rt. 46.
Perhaps a small registration fee (ie $5) will help ensure that those that signed up actually come? That would also leave plenty of extra cash for the event itself.
Will, if I can help, let me know what you need from me.

If whoever ends up being the person with the plan needs any help, I'm more than happy to volunteer however I can.
I'm a new owner and new to the forums. I would be interested in attending. My kid lives not far away in Oviedo so we can crash there. My son-in-law would attend and might be able to get his cousin in Tampa who is an owner to come over. I'll keep an eye out here. I also think the Oct/Nov time sounds great, much nicer weather.
As much as I want to see this happen, I'm just not sure I have the time to take the lead at the moment.
I was hoping one of the COs would step up and maybe take lead and let me help out as much as I can... Which is basically what Primogen did last year... Without him I never would have gotten it done.
If anyone wants to step up to the plate, let me know. Its a big commitment but I know there are several people (including myself) willing to help as much as they can. We mainly just need a leader/coordinator... I think if we could get that, we could all pitch in and make it happen.
