IF you want to consider a location like Citywalk (and the use of their parking garage). i would suggest someone finding Oster or Nabil from First Class Automotive (IIRC) and interviewing them about how to go about doing that. They are on NSX Prime more often i am sure.

The best contact for City Walk is senior S2ki member Warpspeed (Jim.) I just went to City Walk last night and was able to chat with him while he was working. He still oversees Rising Star (formerly known as City Jazz ... same venue we used 4-5 years ago) and 'the groove' dance club. I would NOT expect this to be the cheapest venue ... but, considering the value of a private, covered parking garage area and an exceptionally great looking location with tons of entertainment (shopping, restaurants, movie theater and clubs aplenty) it is hard to beat. I just think it would need financial commitments that has troubled previous meets

Parking at this location is typically $15 per vehicle and they sell a 'party-pass' which gets you into every entertainment venue for $11.99 (for $15.99 it even includes a movie at the awesome theater.)

Christina and I go to City Walk frequently. The secured parking, clean facilities, and good security make it a consistently great place to have fun. We've been going to Rising Star (Karaoke) and Pat O'Briens (dueling pianos) a lot.

I don't mind taking information to Warpspeed if someone can get me some hard data of probable attendance and spending. Exclusivity of a particular venue would probably cost the most and be the most challenging for scheduling. But, I'm betting it would be cheaper and even more fun if we were just given reserved area of a particular venue (:hint: the groove and rising star both have large balconies)

After 8:00PM at Universal City Walk it's free to park for Florida residents, just show your DL/ID and they send you on your way. The party pass is def. the best way to go since on a weekend you will typically be charged around $10 for each bar/club you enter and some of them are hit or miss. Labor Day weekend is coming up and it is pretty much the last days of summer, then it dies out here a little until HHN. You can also "pre-drink" at the movie theater without buying a ticket, they give you a wristband & $6 for your first beer (its 32oz!!) and then $3 for every after, anything on tap (BL, CL, yuengling, blue moon etc.). It is the best deal here since you can walk around and enter bars/shops with the drink and a 12oz bottle beer at a vendor is like $6.50

Also if you want to be a cheap ass local like me, you can go to the concierge desk at hotels in the area and they have coupon books which have free party pass coupons in them
