I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment. I'm 23 years old and despite the successes I've had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me. For this, I am sorry. I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again.

Doesn't look like him to me. Also hard to believe he would let such a picture be taken and if taken let it get out.
I call shenanigans on the photo.

You dont ''let yourself'' get caught. Its so easy to take a picture with your iPhone without someone knowing these days.
"let such a picture be taken and if taken let it get out"

So he admits it and apologizes for it, the world is right again. Hopefully he learned that given his status as a celebrity athlete that people who claim to be his friends are not friends at all but people who are just looking to cash in.
Follow the money, how much did the photographer make for the rights to the photo?

If you are going to use Quotation marks then at least get the quote correct

ok here is the real problem, the law does more harm than the weed ever will !
our jails and prisons are full of very productive people taken by the selfish laws that prohibit our rights. read the consitution it says clearly we have the right to, and use any substance, then in 1914 the wrote all these laws mostly about taxes on herion, and opioum trade this started the ball rolling making everthing illegal. now almost 100 years later people are brain washed by bad imformation, lies and half turth imformation,
you can be pro or con on this subject?
