I haven't been on the boards in a while so forgive me if this has already been discussed.

I went out and about to find an '09 S2000 to replace my '06. I went to Courtesy Honda in Sanford first. After speaking with the sales guy, I was shocked to learn they have none in stock and have none on order. He said they would rather not have any on the lot anymore. They never sell. Meanwhile, they had a trillion Accords sitting around.

We went inside and checked all of Central Florida. Nothing. Nowhere. I asked about a CR. Only 2 available IN FLORIDA!!

Of course he said they could have one delivered. If I could wait a week.

What the hell? Where is all of the Honda support? I felt like the S was just the red-headed stop child of Honda. I don't want to own something that the company has already dismissed. I'm about to give up on the S and get something else entirely. 370Z? BMW? Audi? Who knows.

i'm a car dealer, i've seen 2 blue cr's here in florida in the past few months. 08 with less than 10k.

Don't go to Courtesy, they well and truly suck.

 

Brandon Honda has 2 08s on the lot...not endorsing them at all, but I know they have them. As to 09....gonna be a VERY low production year!

 

why would you "give up on the S?" either you want one or you dont, its not really any different than your 06. If you want a 09, just order one.

Honda of the Avenue Jacksonville.. S2ki members work there, what they've done for me, I respect an recommend... and I was fairly sure I saw meat of the table so..

 

We got just one 2009 S2000, its Black on Black

 

I just bought and new untitled 08-CR, it took 2 days to pick it up. That was the time they needed to get it from port and detail it. They are available.

 

we have a red 09... unless we sold it over the weekend.

oh and Courtesy probably doesnt want them anymore after what happened to two of theirs the same night they got delivered... seats and steering wheels gone. fenders stabbed and HID's removed. if i owned a Honda dealer i would have one S2000 on the lot at all times but no more than that b/c you HAVE to keep them in the showroom these days.
