Default Mugen Civic

I stopped in to Holler for some parts today. The Mugen lists for just over $30,000.00, but it has a dealer mark-up of $5,000.00. One of the sales associates said that, although it was expensive, other dealers were charging $10,000.00 over MSRP. I don't know if this is accurate, but assuming that it is, there are a lot of really great cars in the $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 price range, and I don't know that I would put a Civic on the top of my shopping list if it was in that price category.

wow ... so over $38k BEFORE, tax, tag, title, destination and dealer fees!?!?!

i guess for a Mugen fan, especially an american one, this is the thing they've waited for so long.

I consider myself a pretty big fan of Honda and Mugen due to the heritage ... but, i just can't justify the price for this car. I'm a little old fashioned and would rather just buy a Civic Si and then add the Mugen products. I truly love the Si coupe and may consider the 4dr Si as a daily driver soon.
