Congratulations on your new house. Here is some advice from my experience. If you haven't had to make all your decisions at the design center yet, have the builder put in extra plugs and lights because after it is built it is harder to do later. Consider plugs in the eves for Christmas lights. Do you work in your garage? I had them put an extra light in the ceiling of my garage, it is caped off but I can easily add the fixture myself. I also had them put a water faucet on each outside wall so I don
