Default Need a GOOD traffic lawyer

I got a ticket back in Feb. and thought I got off easy with careless driving rather than a 20 over speeding ticket. turns out it wasn't so. It is a class A offense and my employers insurance dropped me from the policy. The offense occured on my own time and I just paid the ticket and was done with it. Now it's on my record and I need to get it removed or sealed so that I can continue to drive company vehicles. FML! BTW this was my first ticket in 7 years!

If not I will have to supply my own truck and insurance for the next 3 years!

Any recommendations?

Oh man sorry to hear about this. I've never heard about attacking one of these after the water has already passed under the bridge. I use Ty Trayner here in Tampa. He has an excellant track record. Give them a call and see how this sounds like it would play out.

Good luck, once it's been adjudicated, I don't see you getting it 'undone'. It should fall off your record in 3 years, I doubt you can do anything about it.
