Thanks a million, you guys have been wonderful. Here's where I stand. I uninstalled Norton and insttalled SOPHOS and CCleaner. I need to install the spybot tomorrow. I ran the SOPHOS 3 times, the first time it found 12 viruses on an external HD that I have connected to the computer. I restarted and ran it again and found 17 I restarted and ran it a third time and found 4, I guess Norton was blind I was able to delete all of them except 2 that are Troj/Swizz-Fam but SOPHOS tells me I must contact support to delete them the only option I have in SOPHOS is to Authorize. Any ideas how to delete them without contacting support?

it's a free online scanner.. may be useful... also.. look up exactly that virus name an it can come up with instructions about it an maybe what all you need to combat it...

I did an there's alot of information.. but.. try the link above.. it might clean it..
