OK, we asked for it, now we have it....our own Florida S2K owners forum. Let's use this to organize our Florida group and meet each other! I KNOW there are a large number of cars in the state. Log-on and say hello!

I was wondering how FL didn't have it's own area yet. I don't know about the October event yet, hopefully I'll be able to get down there from Orlando. Anybody else making that trip? A string of S2000's on the FL turnpike could be quite a show.

Hi Florida guys, i'm just back from my holidays in Florida. I spent 1 week in Vero Beach and the second one in Fort Lauderdale. All i can say is that you are really lucky to live in such an amazing state. I was quite scared to spend 2 weeks in Florida during the hurricane season but the weather was just nice.
I was also very surprised to see so few stooks over there. I just saw 2 silver in Miami and a white one in Miami Beach (Ocean Drive), a red one in the Fort Lauderdale area close to Saw Grass Mills and finally a yellow one in Vero Beach. Any of you, guys?

As I told you before Wei-Shen I'd love to go to the meet at Homestead, but thats the Miami/FSU game weekend, and I'll be in Tallahassee watching the Canes do some damage.

I'm dying to try out the S2k on a track though!

I know you mentioned something about Sebring. Have you all been there before, because a friend of mine told me the track was really crappy and might damage the cars?

Keith D,
We have frequented Sebring on numerous occassions. The track is currently being resurfaced from turn 1 to turn 13 or 14. The track is a great venue, very long with several technical turns. No elevation changes but you will still have a blast. Feel free to drop by Dec 9th to see other S2K owners or register on line to drive the event (it will sell out early).
Look forward to seeing you there.

Awesome Wei-Shen,

I am planning on Homestead. Ran with you guys last November at Sebring and had a blast. Thanks for starting the club!
