I am a solid front-end designer, meaning I can take most simple websites from start to finish. design, code, management etc

You start wanting custom functionality and programming, I am not the guy. I can make those sites look good but I am not a coding genius.

I am a well rounded marketing and art person. I develop in multi-media environments: new media, web, print, interactive. I also have experience in advertising and marketing which means I can develop and implement an ad campaign and know what a SWOT analysis is but taking either one to its highest form is out of my skill set as well.
