hmmm ... i know this world that Puddy is talking about ... my guess is he's working for the Walmart Distribution Center in Brooksville. I've actually worked in a worst place ... for 15 years!
Don't be afraid to leave Puddy .... sometimes the grass IS greener. It was for me.

What do you all do with these crazy work hours????
Tonight is actually the longest night I've had in awhile. 2pm Saturday to 8am Sunday. Yep, that's 18 hours straight. I don't get lunch breaks or anything either. I have to bring my own food and eat at my desk while working. What hapenned is that I offered to come in two hours early for a lady who wanted to leave to go see her kid in some school play or something, then got stuck here after midnight when someone else called in sick for the midnight shift.
I love my job, but I hate getting tacked on with all the extra responsability sometimes. I'm a lieutenant dispatcher and training officer for Fire Rescue in the 911 operator and Emergency Vehicle Dispatch field in case anyone was wondering.
The sad part is that I work inside an office underground with the lights out, no windows, and nothing but 4 computer screens, a few keyboards, a phone, and a radio in front of me. I came into the building during daylight, and will leave by the daylight...of another day. All without seeing the night sky once except through the 13" monitor that displays our security cameras around the premisis.
