wow.. i thought i had it bad.. if i work more than 44 hours a week im pissed.. I am a systems analyst currently and hate it.. I HAVE worked over 20 hours in one day because of deadlines.. but that all came to an end when I saw my last raise, so I told my boss I WILL NOT WORK more than 44 hours a week for that pay.. basically my raise didn't cover the additional health costs this year.. so after my raise I was actually making about 100.00 bucks less a year!! I am salary and don't get paid any extra for all the hard work.. I also do not care if they fire me.. but I have positioned myself where they NEED me.. lol .. so I have a little bit of leverage..

I feel for u puddy .. when I was in college I worked 3 jobs and went to FT school .. (worked as a Customer Service Rep, a desk clerk and at Disney on the weekends).. but these jobs were not physicaly draining.. hope u r looking for something new! good luck man..

Puddydad, I know your pain.

I was a night stocker for 8 years before I joined up. I was in a Union, which I know is a bad word for most people.

I put the crap on the self, and had to put 45 cases an hour on the shelf, with full face. I got the isle with 48 cans of Campells soup to put each can on the shelf. No tray packing allowed.

"perks" to this job was, "turkey bowling", (only during holidays), Pasta wars, Flower bag wars, (almost got fired for that one), pallet jack races, spinning on a floor buffer, shrink wrapping the bosses car, putting our empty beer cans in the back of his truck after work,(written up for that twice), and other things that I can't confirm or deny.

So puddy I feel for yah, we need to liberate your Co and straighten them out.

Save PuddyDad.

I was a Teamster local 169 warehouseman. I made as much money 12 years ago as I do now and I had much better bennys that were paid for.

When we had our Christmas parties back in the good old days we use to turkey bowl too on the ice out on the parking lot
I am wondering if the Japanese will start turkey drifting out of this American pass time

I will have to start a weekly post about another crazy thing that I am told or asked to do. Or post about the latest propaganda/general meeting I am made to attend. We all must chant the Co. name and do a ceremonial dance before the start and end of each of these mind altering experiences
