I miss Florida, but went where I needed to go. But yes, putting up plywood for Hurricane Ivan after signing for my house 2 weeks before did not leave me much passion for hurricanes. And doing it alot till 2am was no fun either. Funny how many saws you hear going at 2am. 
I will keep you guys in mind as I watch them from a far.
I may be in the area again in a few weeks, got two weeks off and am going to travel to my florida beach for some R&R. More info to follow.

The day time temperature and humidity have not quite reached the brutal level, but it is rapidly approaching the evening / night driving season.
I know that I'll be over in Gainesville the weekend of the 17th to visit with some of the other Florida S2KI folks.
Some time near the end of Jun or the beginning of Jul, I'm going to have to take a trip to the Dragon to get a quick fix.
Two Dragon events a year is NOT ENOUGH.
