Default oops.. cracked a lug key!

I purchased some ultralite lugs from a local member who is parting his car out, and as I was torquing down the final lug the key slipped. To my dismay I cracked the key and it no longer holds the lug firmly.

It is seven sided and measures about 20mm in diameter. Nick thought that maybe these were spoon lugs, but he wasn't sure. Can anyone identify them for me?

Check my cracked key thread in the wheel and tire forum.

Sounds like a Kyogen key. I don't know anyone who stocks the key....

Damn Bill, can't leave you alone with tools....

I see you found a source for the lug key.

They haven't settled yet and my alignment is all over the place...

So for now I can't tell. It's a bit stiffer I guess.

Chapelle show is the greatest.

Willie. I have gorrilla lugs on my prelude, when i would torque them with a rachet, the keys would break. I broke alot of them by hand, Now i use an impact with a Tq stick, and i haven't broke one yet. I think by hand you get a little off center or a lean to the key and they break. That's what I came up with.

Now i know an impact and tq stick isn't an option for alot of people. But it works for me.
