Unfortunately Tidal will not be attending. Already spoke to him via email.

Roll call is just re: the Parade Lap people but they wanted a list of everyone for "the record". Not sure exactly why but I guess they want to keep track why they gave out all of the decal tix. Indy set the program up but SPGP had to give us tix for that. Other than that ???

Good weather and beer? Sounds perfect to me.

Once again, a promise that I would have an update by the end of the day and nothing from SPGP. I have no idea if the ticket packages left today or not. Sorry but I can't report what I don't know. I'm betting they didn't and I won't have them any earlier than Tuesday now. Going to make it tough on distribution but the closer we get the more we're just going to have to distribute at the site Friday and Saturday. We'll see.

 

I will spend the entire next week meeting up with folks and mailing out if I have to.

All of my "decal project" people will have their tickets in hand or in the mail by Monday morning, so if you have not gotten tickets from me personally yet then they will be in the mail. I am going to forego handing them out at the hard rock just so I can confirm that all the tickets have been distributed ASAP. Mail should get to you before wednesday.

 

Im still in..can wait to go..lets hope we get parking taken care of..i think its time for shay to pull out the big guns

 

They only provided enough parking for the Parade Lap participants which I hope show up today but didn't get the confirmation that they left the building as they promised. Imagine that!

We'll talk more about it at the Jax Meet tonight.

Looks like I will be driving the "Jeep Heap" to to the race this year. I dont want to trust the S in public race parking.

Glad others will have the full race experience this year
