Please don't speculate "facts". The s2000 is pointed in the wrong direction to be drag racing, you can even see it and the M3 show up on the video well after the accident.

For what I gather usually you don't keep a can inside an active crime scene specially after they put out the fire and remove the bodies unless the car is involved some how with the crime it self, a witness car would be kept outside the yellow tape, maybe I'm just jumping the gun here...

Seems like you are making a lot of assumptions. If it was a Prius parked there would you assume the same thing?
