Thanks alot RJ. The guys at infinity definitely know their shit better than pretty much anyone i've ever seen. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the install(aboslutely no wires visible), as well as the quality of the sound.

Sweet!!! Does it rattle? And did you have to relocate your tool box from underneath the sub?

I was told it may rattle over time, but right now it does not rattle. All you hear is the sub's deep vibrations, nothing at all that sounds like metal on metal or some kind of rattle. I'm really happy about that! The toolbox and spare are both gone. I was told it was possible to keep the spare in its location, wrap the toolkit in a rag or shirt, and put it in where the spare is. I opted to go with no spare/no toolkit.....oh and the sub sounds alot better without the spare back there too.

Looks good! Why did the spare tire have to go? What's in there?

It didn't have to go. The spare could stay in it's original location and you can put the toolkit right in there with a spare if you wrap it in a t-shirt first. The toolkit is the only thing that HAD to be moved. With the spare in there you can definitely notice a decrease in sound coming from the sub woofer, plus it adds even more weight.........so I figure a can of fix a flat will have to do instead of having an actual spare

Looks great and with those components - sure it sounds even better.

How is the amp rack mounted to the trunk?

No pics of the box by itself, but it was custom made and the fit and finish was perfect. The amp was mounted on a custom slab which was then screwed to the back panel. It's VERY easy to remove everything if I ever need to. The area around the box is another seperate piece that was installed to give it a more clean look and also to make sure the box would never slide around when I go auto-x'ing.
