Only two cars have successful polished hoods, the Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe and Drophead Coupe, and the Bugatti C 16 Galibier. And the Rolls Royce isn't a pretty car to start off with.

I always wanted to polish a Delorean! I figured there was too much liability from the crashes it might cause.

scottrunsxc: not sure if there is something similar near to you ... but, some big truck-stops near the interstate offer aluminum wheel polishing for about $25 per wheel. This may be an easier and cheaper than buying all the stuff yourself hth
