You have a decent amount of control... Myspace does not have an easy way for non- HTML/CSS users to update the look of their pages. What you can do is search online for websites that has myspace CSS generators, that way you dont have to write your own code. The majority of things you can change on myspace is...background...the color of the boxes the content sits in and also the color of things.

PS if anyone out there wants clean myspace code that has been commented out hit me up, I spent some time at work one day going thru the code to comment everything to make it easier to update.
