Default radio code !

Hi, Y'all

I just got back from Taiwan and had a blast time back home. How was everybody's holiday? Well, I came back and was really excited about driving my S again. But soon I realized that the battery was dead. So I had to get a new battery to get it start again but the radio needs a code to reset. I bought my S used and the card didn't come with the car. So does anyone know how to reset the code thing without going back to the dealer?? Thanks a lot!!

Eric

The code should be on a sticker in the "glove box" just enter in using the channel preset numbers.

.... and if it's not there (mine's on a little card , in the glove box) call your local dealer with the VIN . They have it on file . You may have to provide some other proof that it's actually your car , I don't know .

I have not checked my glove box but I had a sticker on my owners manual (MY01)

Eric, did you try to jump the car and let the battery charge. Mine went dead during my down time after the accident but it charged right back up after I jumped it.

How do you like your front end??

Are going on the group drive now that you are back?

You will probably have to take the car to the dealer and they will give you the code.
