Wouldnt that take away from the push button ignition, thats one of the unique aspects of our cars. Dont be too lazy come on now.

You're in Florida... right? Why on God's green earth would you need a remote start?

The only time I think it's remotely worthwhile is if you live in an ass-cold climate and need to start the car a few minutes early in the winter. Otherwise, it seems pretty lame.

he would still have the push button start Devon, its not like he would be using it every single time he went to the car.

If you have one installed, make SURE that it's done correctly. It MUST have a safety interlock to only allow starting the car when in neutral. That means that you cannot leave the car in gear as a backup to the emergency brake. One of the South Florida members did not have such an interlock and "drove" his car into a canal when a mechanic left his car in gear and he used the remote start!

I had it on my old car. Its more show than anything. I would sometimes know before I got out of my car that it would be hot as shit when I got back in it and burn my ass on the leather, so I would set my a/c to full blast before I turned it off so I could start it from inside Chili's or something right when we got the bill.
