17x7.5 front.
17x8 rear.

+48 all around.
I dont see why you would have rubbing issues with that set up even with a 255/40 rear tire

There aren't any issues with wheel spacers are there? Just a random thought.

Yeah we are/were completely confused on what the reason for the rubbing could be. Even with the 255 tire, it should have enough space that it shouldn't rub, especially with the negative camber.

The only thing that I can think of is that the company that I purchased the wheels from either listed incorrect offsets or the wheels themselves were not really made to the right offsets. But that just sounds so far-fetched to me since I purchased from a very reputable place and over the phone.

We've decided to just swap the wheels back as it will solve the problems completely and avoid any future complications

i think the offsets are prolly around 40

255 is way too wide.. for the width of the wheels

and ur camber is fine....just that tab sticks in and needs to be modded

prolly bent up carefully.. its not hard at all just takes a lil patience and being careful.

I don't believe Rota makes a +40 offset to the wheels.

Additionally, on the boxes it did say +48 as to the offset. Maybe the car is just anti-Rota
