This is hilarious. Glad I started the thread now. I do promise to drive the Mistress a lot more this year.

That rear spoiler reminds me of this guy I new in High School that put just about every piece of crap he could find at NAPA on his Bug. Every week there was something new it seems. Lots of mods on a .99 budget I guess.

I sure am glad you feel that way. After I posted that picture I was afraid that I was going to be accused of 'hikacking a thread". I figured I'd take my chances because that picture, to me is a classic. And classics must be shared.

Could be worse:

Hell...post some more "S neglect" photos! This might turn into something.

Here's one of mine with a tree on it.

Yep...that was about 5 1/2 years ago. Sudden storm came up as I was getting ready to wash the S. My son and I were both in the car when the tree fell. Wife and daughter saw it happen. Scared the poop out of all involved but no injuries so all was good. $100 to have a guy fix the roof and a month in the shop for the S and all was right in the world again.

Shot of the S returning home.....

It's funny looking at those old pics. The S looks a little different nowadays. The kids are a TON older. That old toddler playground is long gone. No fencing installed in the old shot. Not too mention all the gray I have now. Plus I know have a full beard. We'll see how long that lasts.

Yep...the trees. A HUGE factor in us moving to this particular house. We had the one pictured hit the house and the car and then another one, about 40 ft long, spear into our upstairs roof during TS Faye. What a bitch that was but nobody was hurt, it luckily didn't do an support damage, and of all places plunged through the roof just between two rafters EXACTLY over the ONLY attic access on the entire 2nd story. A pain but for $400 got the roof fixed, we had some help cleaning and stanitizing the carpet, padding, and floorboards ( ) and there was no drywall damage.

I hate storms as you might imagine!!!

Faye shots of backyard below:

Before the storm so pretty, relaxing, ..

During the storm just before the tree fell. Waterfront property with freaking whitecaps no less.

I only put about 11k miles on mine last year.

This year will hopefully be more. But, i can't lie ... i do enjoy driving out in the mud and woods a lot lately with my 4X4. I'm really looking forward to a camping trip SOON.

Of course ... i did prove this weekend that I could camp with the S2000. I took the tent, air mattress, two sleeping bags, and clothes for the 3 days i was at the Rolex24
