I got courageous today and attempted to remove the windshield tape off. Everything went fine until I reached the top of the windshield. There are scratches about the size of a nickel in diameter. I tried to apply the Maguires Scratch X and then waxed on top of it, however, it is still apparent to me that the scratches are there. Any suggestions are welcomed!

Rubbing compound and a buffer... Then some zaino. I still can see mine but you have to look close.
