Default Shade tree mechanic or shop

Ft Myers shop or shadetree mechanic.

I just need to have the snail swapped out on my CTSC setup, nothing major or else needed. Any suggestiosn on a person compotent and reasonably priced?

ONLY a snail swap, anyone who quotes me $800 can go to hell lol. I have had good shops quote me 200, but unfortunately I cant get it out there right now. 200-300 is very reasonable for just swapping snails IMO.

800 is what I paid for the FULL install with AC and all.

....unfortunately what?

what is the budget you were considering?

200 bucks is about 2-3 clock hours in most shops = not a lot of time

in all cases, I would seek out the solution that offers you the most recourse if something goes wrong....99% of the time that would a shop.

Any shop worth its salt will stand behind their work 100%

I had a good shop in bradenton/st pete quote me around that ball park (150-250) to just swap snails, which seems very fair and the shop has had awesome references.

there is no shop in ft myers or surrounding good enough to work with s2k ,, as to why i trailer my car to ft Lauderdale to RAW racing, top notch mechanic...

rent a u-haul trailer $53 and trailer the car to a good shop.

if you can afford that, i guess you will have to take a risk with one of the ft myers shop's
