The sand in Daytona Beach is alot harder where the cars are allowed to cruise then normal sand. So unless your car would drag on the street, it wouldn't drag on the sand.

For the most part the sand is well packed and ruler-flat. There will be a few areas where you can obviously see that the sand is soft and already rutted for some reason, and you can just drive around, provided the tide is not super-high. The hard part about driving on the beach though is that your attention is often distracted from the condition of the traffic lane ahead of you and before you know it you will be in that soft-spot. Funny how that works.

Bring a gallon of bottled water with you to the beach, when you are getting ready to leave the beach and are packing up the car, rinse sand off your feet with the water. A big plastic garbage bag is also nice for putting sandy towels, slaps, etc. in.

Post here or PM me for hotel recommendations. I am not in the hotel business, but have lived here for 30 years and have heard where to stay and where to avoid.

M6882, Darin told me he took care of your wheel issue. He told me what he found
I can't wait to see them on your car! I'm excited

However on the sad note my wheels will not arrive in time for the show.
The VGS badge and VGS streering wheel won't be in, in time either
So I guess the car will look almost the same as it did for Import Xpressions.
Just a few changes... but I will be ready for HIN in June.

that sux man.....well I guess I'm missing alot of stuff....too....but I can't complain...atleast I'm getting a set of wheels.

I just installed some more spoon stuff.......hehe....I've had a few parts lying around the shop...might as well put them in..

I'm spending way too much money this month...but its cram time for the shows.
