Stereo install recommendations
Any recommendations for top notch stereo install shops on the west coast...Tampa or Sarasota area. I had a great guy in Phila. but haven't really found someone to replace him locally.
I'm not in your area but hopefully some of the locals will chime in for you soon.
I hope to do a stereo upgrade eventually. Not sure of my time line exactly but I do have this 2 cents.
A buddy of mine with an S that lived here up until a couple months ago did this. Let me preface, he's anal as heck about his car as I am mine.
He actually went to Sound Advice and drove around to the back where the install bays were. He went in and flat out asked the guys back there who back here and done an S2000? Very few people actually have. He drilled the guy with a kazillion questions before he let him touch the S. He also like SA since they have some sort of upgrade program on top of normal warranties, etc. In other words, if he decides he wants a bigger amp or higher grade speakers he can trade them in for full credit w/i 1 year I think.
I don't recall the exact models but he did MB Quart components upfront, not the highest model but close and then an Alpine 9815 deck. He listens to everything under the sun as far as music and sometimes quite loudly. I'd say he's had the system about 6 months and he still loves the purchase.
Again, just my 2 cents. Good luck and let us know what you do.
