Default Stereo and laser jammer installed

thanks to DaveROR for his "how to" thread. also thanks to puddy and willie gee for their insight.

Kenwood EZ700sr built in Sirius tuner, cd/mp3 player. hardest part was finding a place to stuff the aftermarket wiring harness and DCI wiring. total PITA.

Liditek LE30 laser jammer. on/off switch and LED alert lamp.

front laser sensor. just under the front bumper.

super easy. routed wiring from bumper to interior. i mounted the alert speaker under the dash, ran wires up A pillar, drilled plastic trim to accept LED and on/off switch.

i plan to shop for a nicer on/off switch, maybe a low profile rocker switch that will look better than the supplied toggle.

if anyone wants a lidatek laser jammer, let me know, i might be able to get discounts. i know a distributor. i plan to buy a rear sensor and install that at some point. the LE30 allows for up to 2 front sensors and 1 rear.

Did you ever think about installing the switch under the dash, next to your knee? That's where I put my switch for my wheel well lighting. You don't want to be flipping a switch up on the A-pillar when the po-po are walking up behind the car.

Looks good. I would have mounted the switch lower/under the dash just to keep it out of my way, but maybe you don't notice it in person.

I shortened my aftermarket harness for the radio to help alleviate the space issues behind the HU, but you really just need to jam everything along the sides and back and it fits decent. After installing and reinstalling mine a few times I'm used to it now
