Hey Tim! Silverstone AP1 from group 6 drive! woot woot!

Anyways, I too have been looking at these tires (HTR Z III) once I get a new set of wheels. Jumping to 17s from the stock 16s. I've heard nothing but good about these tires. Only negative I've heard is the "soft" sidewalls. But then again that is the drivers independent opinion, soft for one may be stiff for another. Who knows. Others may chime in on this comment since I have not experienced the tire yet.

If you do end up with the HTR Z IIIs, let us know how you like em

I just mounted HTRZ3's on my new Ap2V1's. So far there good, Quiet on the highway and a definite increase in grip compared to my last Fuzion Zri's

Ryuu and I talked about the Fuzions. I don't trust 'em.

Tony Q ( ), WASSUP!!!!
Haven't heard too much feedback from the drive, sorry if it was a little old fartish, I was running a fever of 101 at the time, thats why I didn't socialize too much. Anywho, from what everyone has said so far, it looks like I will go with the III's. Will be installing in the next few weeks, I'll let everyone know ho they are.

Thanks for everyones input.

Tim

Tim... I thought your pace was perfect. Those roads were VERY tight in my opinion and left NO room for error. I was just enjoying the scenery and the roar of VTEC on the straights in certain parts. The others and I were complimenting you on your leadership. Thanks for taking up that position for us

"no room for error" is right.

Fuzions aren't all that fun... and they are loud and 'squirrely'... which can be fun... but still... yea, i agree with Bill, and found them to be less than predictable.

The Fusions are discontinued. I got a great deal on tire rack. I run 205/50/16 on the front instead of 55. I think. I got the Eagle D3's for $51 each. I don't know why I have been using that size. It was what was on the car when I bought it. The are a little shorter but they look good.
