Nice to know that NASA Mid South is a favorite group. There is also a Barber event July 30-31 with NASA Mid South:

I will be at both of the Barber events and the NASA Florida October Sebring event:

The best way to do a one day event is Chin seeing as they offer 3 hours of track time per day. As a novice driver I dont suggest Chin because they didnt have solid instructors a few years ago when I was doing their events. HOD is also doing one day Sebring events and we are more likely to do those events and you can request us as instructors.

I'm signed up to instruct and run Time Attack at GRIDLIFE South. Not sure it matters what organization you run with if you aren't getting an instructor. GRIDLIFE has three run groups, beginner (instructor), intermediate, and advanced. Not too different than the four NASA groups. It's my only event that month, so I am really looking forward to it.

Gridlife is a thing. Anyone want to do that?

If anything I feel like HOD is more rushed with only having 3 run groups. With NASA you get more breaks to relax and fix your car, especially if you instruct.

I have also heard that the Hooked on Driving events are a little dangerous with not as much supervision. Anyone else heard or seen the same thing
