Well, let us know if the loss is more than you expected. You guys should have come out a few bucks ahead for all the time and preparation you put into this.
I'd be fine if each of the organizers had made a small profit on this. After expenses, your time should have been compensated in some way.
The weekend was affordable, and being able to pick and choose which events you wanted to take part in definitely made it more affordable for those of us on a tighter budget.

Seriously, no extra money needs to be collected, and no extra money will be accepted, even in the event of a deficit. Like I said I havent done the final numbers and frankly I don't want to right now! 
We are volunteers and don't expect to be compensated. My whole goal of mentioning this was to just make people aware of the logistics and particulars of how an event like this is run. That way in the future they will understand why we do things the way we do them.
