Default T1R 63mm installed today...

Besides them not sending me and bolts or gaskets, it went pretty well. I need to call them so they can send me that stuff because I just rigged up my own bolts and gasket so the fit isnt prefect.
As for the look, not as bad as I thought it would be. But I will definetly either get an ap1 bumper or I have another idea I am toying with.
As for the sound, wow.... just amazing. In my opinion, the best sounding exhaust I have ever heard on an s2000. I love it because I came from the Invidia and it sounds VERY similar. It is a little bit quiter than the Invidia, and it has aboslutely no drone. You can barely even hear it when you aren't on the gas. When you get on it, down low, it sounds just like the Invidia, just a little bit of a lower growl. Difference between this and the Invidia is up top. With the Invidia I heard my engine and CAI more up top. The T1R 63 is the opposite. It screams the higher you get into the rpms. It goes from a deep growl down low to screaming up top. Definetly a "HELLO 5-0, PULL ME OVER PLEASE!!!" sign.
Performance wise, ever since I put on my stock exhaust I felt kind of slower. When I went from the stock to Invidia, the car didn't seem too much faster, just a little bit. But then I got the header put on which is 2.5". And the test pipe is 2.5". And I am guessing the Invidia is 2.5". Because when I put the stock exhaust back on I felt slower, probably because the piping on the stock is smaller than the header/test pipe. So I think my exhaust piping going from 2.5" down to like 2.25" or whatever the stock is, wasn't a good thing. But now everything feels back to normal, if not a little stronger. Anyways, I am very pleased, especially when I get those bolts and gasket!

ps- I know my butt dyno probably decieves me

What other idea are you toying with????I know, no back bumper at all and move the exhaust to the center.

How did you guess?
Not only will I move it to the center, but I will get three of those double tips from walmart, and attach them all. That way I will have 6 exhaust tips!

Sweet exhaust I'm running the same thing. Did you remove the silencer? It's pre-installed when you get it. The reason I say that is that mine was pretty quiet at idle until I removed the silencer. Now it's not but; there was a definate increase in power w/ the silencer removed.

Yes, I removed it before I even put it on. If you think the T1R 63mm is loud at idle, you have never owned the Invidia....
