I know its been a year or so since I have been on here but have things changed that much that I can't come on here and give things away to people without my thread getting deleted?

it depends. was it a give away for free thread or did you have some free and for sale stuff??

you are currently in guest status and that goes against the local for sale rules. All for sale, for trade, free to good home etc etc posts should be made by registered members. not because we are stingey, but because it gives all involved more recourse for positive outcomes if something....anything goes bad.

if you posted here in the main forum it may have gotten moved to the For Sale section of our Florida forum (up above in the stickies)

 

Yeah everything for for free to a good home, didnt have anything for sale. I was a very active member back in 06-07, im sure zdave and willie gee can vouge for me on that also since my last post was like May of '07 and I still average 1.5 post per day I think that says something by itself lol. Anyways if I'm not allowed to give things away on here, and its kinda pointless for me to pay $20 to give it away, if anyone on here rembers me and wants to take some things off my hands let me know!

 

I just looked at your post in the dumpster (no, I didn't put it there)...but the word "free" wasn't in there...the phrase "offer them up to people" was. So I can see why a CO or mod would think you were trying to sell the items.

I don't have a problem with you posting those items for free.

 

 

I saw the thread as well. I don't agree with it being tossed. Then again, with so many new CO's in Florida, I can see why they would have.
