oh yeah I def failed at that in the mall parking lot..figured I could just click the ebrake once, drive slow, and put it down....well I figured out you can't do that! I had to stop in the middle of the road. oops!

I don't think I'm in that situation enough to dismantle my brand new 07 though...
Its only one wire! Teddy did mine..
Now I can do the one click ebrake and move the top while I'm rolling.

It's easy, one screw and maybe two clips on your 07, then find the wire. My 06 didn't have the clips marked in the service manual (not sure if that's just my car or the service manual being wrong). I put my DCI next to that wiring, it's really easy to get to.

If you live in florida you should do this, unless of course you like it raining in your car.

All depends on the speed and direction of the wind. I've done it at 30 mph with a 15 mph tailwind. Same exact force as putting it it up while parked at the beach pointed into a 15 mph onshore breeze. I would not attempt to operate the top with a relative wind vector above about 20 mph parked or moving.

I've read 15, I've done it at 20 whilst slowing down rapidly.
