The shop i use the service writer flipped out on me for talking to the mechanic. What an a-hole. Gotta find someone else.
Who do you trust?

 

Local? I use Daytona Toyota. I give the alignment guy an extra $10 and he gets the alignment PERFECT, and let's me sit in the car while he does it.

 

I got the Firestone lifetime alignment and I only use the one on 50 in Orlando. A friend of mine thats helped me in the past started working there so I trust him. They let me stay with my car when its being worked on, sit in the car while the alignment is being done, and pick whichever settings I want. I would only let "Jorge" do it though, nobody else.
