sounds like you got all the angles covered. Are they going to repain the entire car, sense it has front and rear damage? I'd make sure and get some compensation for the headaches as well.

Dude, if they repaint the whole car you should go with one of the JDM colors....I like Moonrock myself.

I have a couple pics from my cell phone, but the resolution isn't that good. I'm gonna try to head over and get some good shots of the damaged panels w/my digicam tomorrow.

You may have back pain for years because of this.

Not only do you get a rental paid for, damages fixed, dimished value, but at least 10k in injuries. Make the lawyers work for their money. Take no less than 10k in your pocket just for injuries.

Oh believe me I have no intention of less than that for injuries...lol. I need enough to pay for my turbo install, coilovers and bodykit.
