Hey Guys!

I have never been to one of these events but it is really becoming a temptation that I may not want to avoid. I have two choices, the Dragonball the following weekend or hang locally and do the Dyno Day, I can't swing both. Being that I was up on the Dragon Last week with my Brother who brought over his Cooper S from England, I may be easily persuaded to join you guys. I'll be at the run this weekend with you at the Park and the QS&L. Maybe some of you can apply the right amount of Beer, I mean Peer Pressure to sway me.

BTW, anybody ever think about setting up a Sound Pressure Level (SPL)Meter right behind the cars that are getting Dyno'd and see who has the loudest bang? Just curious??

Ditto to that! I am going to have to remember to go out to my drum room and bring some ear plugs. Something tells me that his car will dwarf the 18" Black Widow Subs & EV Horns that I use out there. But it would be kinda cool to hear the difference between the different exhaust systems that I saw with you folks a couple of weeks ago in Brandon. I just put my Spugen on last Sat and it is a tad louder than I expected. Mama has not driven it as yet, hope she ain't too ticked. The top has to stay up until Friday as I had the windows tinted yesterday. I gotta keep her out of it until sat so that I can put the top down before she hears it.

you will get a good mix of high rev exhaust and intake sounds. Mine dynos like a pig but sounds good LOL

 

I do not think that I can out do a open down pipe, but I think I will be a close second

As for the 454 CHEVY bring it on it's rear wheal drive thats about the only rule XAT has. There will be one FWD car and he will have to go last or first,
as to XAT.

I am now committed to being there. Been talking to Todd at the 2NRWerks about possible upgrades to my car. But I would like the snapshot of what I currently have now with just the stock 6lb pulley on my Vortec SC. I just added the Spugen exhaust so I may have picked another onesie-twosie WHP but it needs to be measured for validity. Considering what Brian did with his, the 9lb pulley and AEM. I'll see you at the park on Saturday, lots to talk about!
