what do you guys think about finder flairs being molded to the rear of the S. For those who have played NFS most wanted im trying to get it almost like the BMW M3 GTR that is in the begining of the game. i think it would be hot. let me know what you think

 

I honestly think you should save your money and go to college. Unless you honestly plan to own the car forever the more money you spend and mod it the less and less the car is worth.

 

i understand that and yes i plan on owning the car for a very very long time. im not one of those who change their cars as much as their girlfriends. im going to own the car till it doesnt run anymore. then i will just rebuild the engine so it does run agian

 

I really really like the stock lines of the S, and i don't think you nees to flair the fenders unless you are going to track the car and you need more rubber. (I'm a form follows function kinda guy.) think long and hard about this, because you could easily ruin the car you love.

You might want to replace the rear fenders or roll them rather than attaching any material to the car; wieght after all is a consideration.

 

i am trying to make a track car thats why im wanting to make it wider so i can get wider wheels. i didnt think about rolling them. that could work too

 

go amuse widebody like you originally wanted when you get the funds. Flaring the fenders is just going to look like ass unless you spend mucho dinero

 

You got an ugly-ass wing because you "need more downforce around turns", you stripped your interior saving, what, 20lbs? Now you want more rubber for more tractions...

Tell me, what are some specific events you've done that you're going fast enough for the wing to be effective...hell tell me *any* specific events you've competed in and maybe a few that you plan on competing in. And for God's sake, get the damn whiteout off the fuggin tires!!

Wow, what a heated thread. Go to college. Its so "fuggin" easy, but not cheap, and automaticlly puts you above any clown that doesn't have it at a job interview. .02 cents.

 

incases you havent noticed im not at sonic every weekend. most of those weekends im down at seabring with my karting team for a practice session. i usually bring my car so that after im done karting i take a break and then get into my car. for right now im only trying to improve my times which btw the "ugly ass wing" decreased my time about 5/10 of a second. i can approach a turn much faster. now hopefully after christmas i will have new springs, a strut bar, comptech sway bars, and spoon upper and lower X braces. after that im going to try to get the cusco floor support, and full under body support, and then when i get enough money and a hard top im going to get a spoon 7pt roll cage. im not like you evan. i want to race my car you just want to drive you car. you dont do anything. the only time you car has seen aggressive driving is when harris was in it.
and for you guys who are saying go to collage..... im going to UTI
oh and just for the record.... I enjoy racing because ive been doing it since i was 7. i started out in the kid karts with the little weed eater motor. im now in 125CC shifters or the ICC class.
