what do you think
Look at the Mastergrade kit and decide if that is what you like. I think you will. The only way I would do the rear is to cut the existing fender area out and custom weld metal flares on it. That is the only way you will get bigger tires on it.
You would be better posting this on the track and racing forum. Most of us aren't real excited to see what you have done with your car. The wing, the oil leaks, the interior gone, the general bad condition of it. If you want to race it, that is great. Don't think the extra inch or two of rim is going help you near as much as the quality of rubber. That is where you need to spend your money.
I know people don't like what I have done to my car so just do what you what and don't worry about what others think. Personally if I were you I wouldn't post on this forum for advice on racing your car. There are better places with better advice.

I'm running 265s in the rear on 18 wheels with a shitty offset. If I was running say Volks with a better offset, I could easily fit 285s back there. Just be cautious when selecting wheel offsets and tire staggering, as they have a dramatic affect on handling. There is no need for flares...leave those to the lifted jeeps.

If the S2000 needed it, the HONDA gods would have made it OEM.

Ball busting aside, if you are making a track car, aero parts should be last or at least after you make the aggresive enough to benefit from them. While wings and canards will render downforce on high speed tracks like the Nurburgring, they will do next to nothing for autoX or the cart tracks you are going to. This is just what I have been told when I say I want a wing or a diffuser. I think you are moving in the right direction with the springs and what not.
Take a couple rides in some of the track ready cars around to see the benefit of bracing, suspension, and say a BBK versus A GT wing, canards and rolled fenders with larger width wheels.
While the aero stuff and wheels would look kickass it would be putting the cart in front of the horse considering what you have described as your intentions for the car.
Good luck and let me know if you need help with the springs when you get them
