What if we rented out a course?

What if we rented out a course?
I was looking at doing this track day from gorally.com and I got this idea. To run the pre-setup events it is $200 per person. But to rent out the middle course (which looks more technical from the pictures) can run from $2000-$2300. So if we got ~20 people to sign-up we can get a full day for around $100. Just throwing the idea out there. I have two entries already and can get a couple more. If we tried to setup a plan I am sure I can get several others to sign-up with minimal effort. I think it would be plenty fun if we had a mostly S2000 event.
I got an email from GRRC that they are no longer doing events, so they referred me to them.
If anyone that has done events with this club, do you need a full fire suit, boots, and gloves? It says you do under the course terms, but under the open track day page it says it is just preferred.
What do you guys think?
EDIT: info here

hmm... Starke.
I may be down depending when it is. I have never tracked a car before, so I would look like a complete newb. But its something I want to eventually get into. I have a busy schedule right now (graduate from grad school in a month, get married in 2 months) so it will be all about the timing for me.
edit:
Just dawned on me that I would have to get all the gear. Still interested but now money would be a potential constraint for me as well

Did you factor in the 950 for the emt and wrecker( I am guessing that is a tow truck)? They also charge 7% tax. It would end up being around 3400.
This was brought up several months back but there wasn't enough interest to make it affordable. From what I have heard these guys are pretty strict.
If you can find out more info you might get more interest. On a plus side, they have lowered their prices.

I got an email from them saying the suit, gloves, and boots are not mandatory for open track days. What is required is closed shoes, long pants, long, shirt, and a helmet of course.
I had not factored in the emt and wrecker, but if we got enough people I think this could be worthwhile.

That looked like a really fun course. I like the part where you understeered straight into the pointer cone. Only because you shook your head knowing what you did, been there before.
If we get enough interest, we can look into the further steps needed. The date will be decided by all of us so that shouldn't be a problem.
