I say we get back to our enthusiasm for the S2000, after all that is why we got on this board.

I agree. So what is everyones thoughts on seat covers? On one hand I think they are great to prevent any accidents you or your passengers might have but on the other hand they take away from the leather interior.

Well, I called up Driver's Seat to get canvas ones with the logo embroidered, but they don't have the pattern. I have only heard of Wet Okole having the seat covers. I would like them to save my red seats from the sun and to be able to take my doggie to the beach.

I have the Wet Okole seat covers and I think you cant beat them. Granted the look and feel of the leather is awesome. I just don't know how long it will last with all that sun, wear and tear and movement inside the passenger compartment (hehe). So I opted for the Wet Okole covers. You can just take them off, throw them in the washer put them back on.

I also have the Wet Okole in ALL Black and they even sewed the pattern to be very much like the leather panels. If I had it to do over again I would get the same thing. They are expensive ($200+) but I think the fit and material is worth it.
They come in two pieces, bottom and back. The back is a slip on and the bottom is held in place by pull straps and plastic buckles like on a fanny pack. I have two straps going from front to back and only one in the middle across the middle. I thing they should have had two across the middle so it fits a little tighter. I think I'm am going to put some Velcro to hold the front corners a little tighter. They told me they should last a long time in a S2000 since they are really made for Jeeps that stay out in the sun and rain all the time. They don't last long in that environment he said. They were very up font with me and told me since I have never seen them before I ordered them I could send them back if I paid the shipping which I thought was very fair. I think you had to ask for that option though.

Wet Butt? That makes sense now. *lol* I need to get those seat covers, gotta take my doggie to the beach.

Plus I want to make sure that I don't ruin the seats from my, ahhhh, experiments.....just in case I don't take my heels off.

Hey thanks for the tip. As you can see, I really haven't done any "experiments" just yet. I have to find a willing victim first......
